職位描述 Position：Electronics Design Engineer
General summary:
The function is responsible, for the product design and project management, the candidate must have a clearly mindset of design quality, cost and on-time-delivery, lead to solve the unknown technical issues – electronic & magnetic & thermal.
Efficient and effective teamwork is needed for notable contribution to customer satisfaction and finally for the achievement of company and sales targets.
This position reports to R&D Manager
Tasks
· Product design – focus on electronic & magnetic & thermal design and calculation.
· Define the test plan, to assure the test & measurement accordingly is commitment to the specifications.
· Use engineering methodology to analysis the test data, solve the technical issues.
· Project management - following IPD process defined by LEM for quality & cost & on-time-delivery.
· Technical support to customer through TCS engineer and production through industrial engineering engineer.
· In new development project before mass production, work with suppliers to communicate technical issue.
Key personal skills
· Sharp in at least one key core competency– analog or mixed electronic, magnetic, thermal design.
· Good analytic & judgment skills.
· Dynamic , agile, hands-on, self-sufficient, committed to deadlines
· Ability to work in teamwork.
Qualifications/Education
· Master degree, major in electronic or related.
· Able to communicate in English.
Experience:
· Minimum 8 years in design engineering.
· One of below strong experience is a plus.
- EMC design & test experience.
- Experience on using DFMEA systematically.
- EN 50178 or EN50155 knowledge.
